  7.   o  Added a safety feature that will cause RGMAINT to abort if a value of
  8.      0 is specified for "-P" so that people accidentally jumbling their
  9.      command lines don't wipe their entire user's base.  This has also been
  10.      added for the "K" kill ACS option.

  12.   o  Message bases will no longer be "Updated" if not necessary, like other
  13.      data files.
